Propel 1.2.0RC2 Released!

The second release candidate for Propel 1.2.0 has been released today. This release fixes some bugs that were discovered with the RC1 release; you can view the full 1.2 closed bugs report to see a cumulative list of bugs that have been fixed and features that have been added in Propel 1.2.
