Propel 1.2.0RC1 Released!

Finally, the much-anticipated (by us, anyway) release of the firest release candidate for Propel 1.2.0. This release adds many new features and makes a few important changes. Please see the CHANGELOG for more info. Also, you can use the issue tracker to see bugs that have been fixed in this release.
