Milestone 1.4

1.4 is backwards compatible with 1.3. It fixes a few bugs and adds the following features:

• Pre and post hooks for save() and delete() methods
• Behavior system at build time
• Joins with multiple conditions
• Full query logging
• Improved runtime introspection
